Great motel. Simple but clean rooms, friendly owners, and they have free wifi for guests. The only thing that slightly irked was the harsh energy saving lightbulb in the kitchen/living area. Otherwise, recommended!

Clean, tidy, friendly staff and close to everything!!  Walking distance to pub and right across road from Chocolate Factory. Will  be back. Thank you

Nice homely feel, clean, free internet, friendly staff and comfy bed! Can't go wrong.

I found it handy to the local Mangawhai Tavern and an added bonus is that it's only across the road from the Bennetts chocolate shop!
