A meal for two yesterday. Excellent Alpress coffees to be had here.nFood was delicious. I had eggs my way on focaccia with an extra side of mushrooms. Glad I did as the focaccia was puny and tough and sliced like a thin piece of toastnMy wife has a Triangle stack.nBoth meals were lovely to look at and tasted really good and the dukkah tasted good but we both left hungry. We thought that previous photo shots of food must have been on a good day or someone is cutting corners on the amount on the plate.nAnyway, I went straightaway and got a pie somewhere elsenSteve

I've been to this cafe regularly since I first discovered it around November last year since moving down to Ashburton for my job at ANZCO. The food and coffee here is great and consistently reliable. They have a good range of cabinet food and brunch & lunch menus. This is my favourite cafe around the Ashburton area.
I always follow my Allpress around the world. I wondered why I didn’t write a review the first time last visit. Now I remember- coffee is burnt. Too hot. Can’t hold the cup. Not a good reflection of what Allpress coffee should be. But the people are lovely. The food is tasty. The atmosphere lovely. Locals gather. I’m just a coffee snob.
Delicious cappuccino, coffee and cakes. The raspberry lemon was divine. A lovely little flower shop too!
