Story

Trevor has always had a passion for property & real estate, investing in property for the past 20 years - outside developing his very own family home with his wife Mandy, and 2 children Shannon and James. Prior to commencing his Real Estate career, Trevor has worked as a Teacher or Principal in the Cambridge area since moving to Cambridge in 1986.

He is a real family man / community man with strong core values based around the hard work ethic, honesty, professionalism and trust. He is enthusiastic, extremely committed and has a keen sense of humour.

Trevor takes client focus seriously and his goal is to make the experience of selling or buying property a pleasant ‘stress free’ experience. Trevor believes it is vitally important to listen carefully to the needs of his clients when selling or buying a home. He is wanting them to exceed their expectations and make things happen.

In May 2013 Trevor was very honoured to be named :-
“Rookie of the Year 2012-2013 for the Central Region of New Zealand in his first year in Real Estate.”

Trevor achieved $10 Million + in Residential Sales in December 2014.

Trevor achieved $20 Million + in Residential Sales in December 2015.

In December 2015 Trevor joined Lugton's Cambridge when they opened their NEW Office at 34 Victoria Street in Cambridge. He is excited about being part of their continued expansion into Cambridge especially with what they are able to offer their clients – both Vendors and Purchasers.
