Lifestyle/Rural Real Estate Consultant
INTEGRITY. DEDICATION. RESULTS.
Scottish-born Scott Borland has recently joined the successful team at PGG Wrightson Real Estate Ltd and is based at the Cambridge office. A recent recipient under the PGG Wrightson scholarship scheme, Scott is looking forward to dedicating the next 10-15 years of his life achieving outstanding results for his clients in the world of Real Estate.
Scott is no stranger to the world of lifestyle and rural properties. He grew up on a dairy farm in Scotland and has spent his life around horses. At 16, he represented Scotland and then Great Britain in the mounted games (an equestrian discipline), winning gold and silver respectively.
He topped his year at Dundee University in Scotland, completing a BSc (honours) in Financial Economics and Statistics. After seven years in the world of retail management for ASDA, Scott has a wealth of experience in management positions dealing with staff, customers and suppliers.
Scott moved to New Zealand in 2004 and immediately set himself a 10 year goal to help New Zealand win the World Championships in Mounted Games. This was achieved in just three years, with Scott himself riding in the team. When injury prevented him from competing further, he turned to coaching and his team won the World Champs in 2013. Scott has also re-trained and re-homed over 100 racehorses, show jumped to Grand Prix level and holds a NZTB trainers licence.
Having worked in the equestrian world for so long, Scott has a solid database of clients in both NZ and Australia and is already enjoying working with old clients and meeting new ones.
If you would like a free, no obligation appraisal of your lifestyle or rural property, then Scott is looking forward to hearing from you today.
