Excellent swim classes from absolute beginner to more advanced. They are particularly good with small children where the instructors are in the water with the kids. Overall a nice friendly atmosphere here too. Highly recommended.
TBSS is the best swim school in Auckland! Have been going here since my daughter was about 5 months old. They run small classes, and are able to give each child the attention they need, and adjust exercises based on each child’s ability. The staff are all incredible. Very happy we found TBSS.
Enrolled my kids for this term. So far so good 2-3 kids per session. Pools are clean.
This is a great business. Organised professional clean and welcoming. Plenty of seating for parents/grandparents whilst waiting for lessons to finish. Easy parking. If travelling north on Sandringham Rd take care turning right into car park area as heavy traffic late afternoons.
The grandkids took us to their swim lesson. Everything was top notch. The coaches all engaged with the kids. The kids had fun thanks to Trent and his team
Nice complex, friendly staff. The swim instructors are just lovely with the kids in swimming lessons. Patient and understanding, they know how to coax even the little ones into the pool. Highly recommended.

Superb instructors each delivering a consistent style of coaching to the kids that swim at TBSS. Very happy with the progress we’ve made over the many years we’ve been going. Really friendly staff as well.
I learnt to swim here and is currently part of their competitive club, Central City. The staff, coaches and instructors are always really nice to everyone. At Trent Bray Swim School they taught me how to have a good technique while swimming, including all of the strokes and how to swim them. I have absolutely loved learning to swim at TBSS and competing and training with an amazing squad and coach there.
The Trent Bray Swim school is the best I’ve found in Auckland. They offer a great facility that’s clean and well organised. They coaches are all exceptional for beginners, kids and in my case also average adult swimmers. With their help I was able to go from swimming lengths in the slow lane to swimming my dream, the Manukau and Kaipara harbours. Thanks for their support and I very much support such a great community pool.
