Workers are usually very nice and welcoming. During my visit I was approached by a worker while I was taking a break on my phone on the machine like many other do, when you might be feeling a bit overwhelmed or tired. He touches my shoulder and asked how many sets I was doing. Bit startled I say one. Before this I had already done 2-3 sets already, I also was not rude land was more than happy to give them the machine He continues to say “Well you’ve been on your phone the whole time and we wanted to use it” * in a condescending tone like what i was doing was wrong* I am now so embarrassed because he has two boys watching this situation. There was also another machine open in front of me that the only difference between the machines was the other one was elevated. I would like to say the only problem I had was when he made the comment about me on my phone. I pay to be here and if I want to take a break because I feel a bit overwhelmed I will. I felt like he was trying to make me into an example. And do not touch people to get their attention, not everyone is comfortable with strangers touching them. It was also the tone and unnecessary comment. I was minding my own business and already had told him how many sets I was doing. Some people may feel overwhelmed over noises, or get nervous to where they might need to take a break. Also, it wasn’t like I was the ONLY person on their phone. I feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed. For a “Fitness and Wellness centre” this behaviour doesn’t promote a healthy and friendly environment. Other than that staff are fine and usually very nice .
Decent gym, has all the equipment you'll need. On hot days the air conditioning just isn't powerful enough so some days you'll break a sweat just getting changed.
Enjoy the classes love the floor space. All the equipment I need. Open 24hrs so I can go when I want. Friendly staff clean facilities.
Not child friendly. My husband and I went to the gym and they told us children are not allowed however signages says, “everybody welcome”. Our son is 7 yrs old and knows how to behave and was so quite. Our other previous gyms are allowing children to stay on the chair. We are cutting off our subscription.
Great location. Spacious. All equipments you need. However shower rooms and toilets are usually quite dirty hence the 3-star.
Felt pretty cheated. Came in multiple times to cancel and made it clear each time I wanted to cancel before my 1 year term. Only after my 3rd time filling out that online form did I get to pay the $200. I don't mind paying the $200 as it was stated on the contract but wasn't able to get reimbursed for all the weekly payments I made from my first cancelation attempt. Kind of a shame cause it was a good gym and the employees were nice.
Haven't been here in over at least 3 years, the new set up and available spray bottles to clean. Well done
Be a good member and remind those to clean gym equipment after use‍ great staff overall and cleaners do an amazing job, the vibe is serious so put in the work
Good gym. No saunas..... showers grotty as but currently get a revamp. Seem to be spending a bit of money on gear and fixing the place up wish is welcome. Very busy at peak times
