I have a love for being active, love setting myself goals and challenges and getting out and achieving them. My love of fitness is not just from what I achieve physically but how it positively effects me mentally and the confidence it gives me. I'm a Mum of 3 and taking time to achieve my own personal goals helps me be a healthy, happy and energetic Mum and Wife, with the positive bonus of my kids seeing me work hard to achieve the goals I set myself.
My main reason for becoming a personal trainer is to be able to share my love and passion of fitness to others, and to help others work towards achieving their own goals and experiencing for themselves the positive change that being fit and healthy brings. I'm a strong believer that if you believe in yourself, and do the hard work, anyone can achieve what they set their mind to.
I personally enjoy training in a variety of ways including running, especially off road trail running, Crossfit, Ankorr Harness Training and Zuu. And just love being outdoors. I've run 2 Marathons, along with a load of off road trail runs and in the last year have found a new love for and completed Obstacle Course Races, including Spartan Ultra Beast 42km and Tough Mudder 21km and Worlds Toughest Mudder 24hour race, and I'm currently training for Worlds Toughest Mudder 2017.
