I've been training with Darren for almost 10 years and Ben close to 5. The motivation I get to turn up to class, learn something new and help instruct junior belts and kids stems from their boundless enthusiasm to teach and support members of the local martial arts community to realise their goals whatever those might be.

After having my son train for some years, I decided to take the challenge and sign up.... it has been a challenging but amazing experience, the club culture and support network of the trainers and other students makes a rewarding journey.
