Unfortunately my experience with Toyota Insurance has been well below the standard I received in store/dealership.nnAfter a recent accident not at fault I was assured that everything had been sorted and I wouldn't need to pay any excess on repairs.nnArriving at Panel Beater I was informed I had to pay excess in order for repairs to be complete.nnAfter many attempts to contact the Toyota Insurance agent handling my case, I was told she remains unavailable and this matter remains unresolved 4 months later, despite providing a Police report with other party details.nnDo not waste your time, money or mental health with Toyota insurance, currently moving across to Medical Insurance Society.
Hear to meet a friend and fellow celebrant who invited me to lunch with her in their inhouse cafe. Lovely food for all dietary needs
Didn't support me with my business vehicle, shafted sideways by Toyota NZ. Not impressed and would not recommend any potential new Toyota buyers to reconsider !
Bought a brand new Hybrid Corolla from Wellington Dealer. The instruction to learn new gadget is very poor, When asked for a touch up paint I am advised that it will cost $28. The other communication is also very poor. . Not satisfied.
Went there to deliver two lovely ladies from Hamilton who had their flight deverted. I only went to the main entrance to drop them off and was impressed with the building and the cleaness of the premises and grounds. John Piper
