I am a Nutrition & Fitness Professional, specialising in Child and young adult, 1 on 1 Nutrition and fitness and taking on new clients in February 2016!

Story

Family First ! But after that, I am a fitness professional who specialises in weight-loss, nutrition and fitness for families and kids and I’m taking on new clients in December 2016!

My Mission: To educate people who want to know, how simple it is to achieve their goals and how simple it is to be healthy, fit and strong.

Ladies' toilets were pretty clean with toilet seats!, and soap dispensers and hand-dryers that actually functioned! Thank you! Much better than anticipated, given some of the past reviews. Also decent coffee from the machines.
Beautiful little spot we stayed overnight in and felt quite safe. Unfortunately the public toilets were out of order at the time of our visit but as we were in our motorhome that didn't matter. There's plenty of grass to walk your dog. Would visit again.
Goid fuel stop on the way to Roscoff from South West France Small but we'll stocked Bonjour shop. ...loo..coffee...croissants etc
Clean throughout. Good choices of food and drink. With reasonable prices. Very welcoming staff too.
Free WiFi, toilet and shower,as a truck driver I was treated professionally.
