I have been attending classes at Rise and Shine Aerial for over a year now and thoroughly enjoy the time I spend there. The support and encouragement from both instructors and fellow students has been incredible and the environment is empowering and uplifting. Rise and Shine is my happy place

Sonja and the team are so welcoming and encouraging of all types of people with different sizes, fitness and skill. Once you have a class you become part of the family! Rise and Shine offers pole, hoops, yoga, stretch and flow and is always adding more classes to their timetables.
The most fun, empowering and strength-building fitness group I've found to date! Offering pole fitness, aerial hoops, yoga, stretch classes and Mum's & Bub's groups with very flexible and affordable membership options. This is a rapidly expanding center with something for everyone. First lessons are free too!
My favourite place in town/second home!!
