Thank you so much to Tony and his team at Tony’s Tyre & Auto Care, Rotorua for taking the time to help me solve all my engine and tyre questions today with a complimentary hot coffee or hot chocolate while waiting was superb. To my surprise Tony took the time to let me know about other problems that weren’t properly checked by a WOF inspector I was gobsmacked at what I was told. Tony’s customer service was top notch because he answered a lot of my questions I had that I can guarantee some auto shops wouldn’t have even bothered it happens “IYKYK”. I can’t express enough how bloody awesome Tony and his team were that I’ll be going back in 6 months time for a normal inspection just to make sure my car is in awesome condition. Very friendly and professional I would highly guarantee Tony’s Auto and Tyre shop to anyone who is looking to have their car fixed or a WOF inspection done to having your tyres changed this is the place to go they do deliver on great service and communication is absolutely genuine. 5 from me and my family who will now be loyal customers. ‍
Went for a check up of my car's tyre as there's a screw. Highly recommended tyre shop which is open even on a Sundays that alone gives you already convenient service compared to other tyre shops. Gave me a complementary service check ups at the end for free.
This tire repair shop is exceptionally good. My tire was punctured by a nail, it was raining heavily, and I was feeling helpless with my children. Despite it being close to closing time, the staff were very professional and quickly helped me solve the problem. They even provided coffee and hot chocolate so my child and I could rest comfortably. The service was incredibly considerate.
Awesome friendly service. Lovely clean waiting area with tea/coffee. Great prices compared to all others I got a quote from. Will definitely be back!
The best customer service. I've been to a few different stores to get my tyres changed but none of them have done a full check over like these guys did. They showed me first hand what was happening with my car and why. The mechanic explained every problem it had and fixed most of them and ran me through the cheapest options available to fix it. They sent videos to my phone for more explanation of what was happening with my car, they literally go the extra mile for their customers.nThey have a friendly and comfortable environment, also have coffee while waiting for your car. Quick and easy to finish the job. HIGHLY recommend. 10 stars to them!
