I've been bringing my van to Tony's Tyre & Auto Care for regular servicing, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work they provide! Thank you so much to Tony and his team at Tony’s Tyre & Auto Care, Rotorua for taking the time to help me solve all my engine and tyre questions today with a complimentary hot coffee or hot chocolate while waiting was superb. To my surprise Tony took the time to let me know about other problems that weren’t properly checked by a WOF inspector I was gobsmacked at what I was told. Tony’s customer service was top notch because he answered a lot of my questions I had that I can guarantee some auto shops wouldn’t have even bothered it happens “IYKYK”. I can’t express enough how bloody awesome Tony and his team were that I’ll be going back in 6 months time for a normal inspection just to make sure my car is in awesome condition. Very friendly and professional I would highly guarantee Tony’s Auto and Tyre shop to anyone who is looking to have their car fixed or a WOF inspection done to having your tyres changed this is the place to go they do deliver on great service and communication is absolutely genuine. 5 from me and my family who will now be loyal customers. ‍

He responded quickly to our urgent situation with a flat tire and was extremely kind. He explained to us what the problem was and what needed to be replaced next time. Highly recommend!!
Should have left this review nearly a year ago but kept forgetting. If you take your car to this place and don't get the oil change, check your oil before leaving.nnThey drained my oil completely probably thinking I asked for one and then instead of telling me just kept asking and insisting I should get it done, even though I told them I change my own. Days later I get a call from the manager or owner can't remember and he's telling me that I should really get an oil change, which I thought was weird at the time. Later that month I don't drive much I noticed that the check oil light was on. I open it up and checked, completely empty! And then it clicked why they were so insistent on my oil change.nnThey were willing to let my car be destroyed then own up to their mistake. So check your oil if you ever go to Tony's tyres in fairy springs
Came in to get new tyres I had bought put on my car. I was expecting them to charge me as that's what was hinted at at first, but when the 'boss?' asked to get me to pay he didn't charge me. Dude was real nice and got a return customer
