Shout out to Russel at the toy shed. Bought a classic from him, was great with getting info to me and was willing ro hold the vehicle as I was traveling from Wellington. They have some real cool pieces in the gift shop to!
These guys are absolutely amazing! Helped us out when we had mechanical issues on a recent roadie to Beach Hop. Top guys, totally professional, and, lent us their gear and a ute. They totally went out of their way to see us right, and we 150% grateful.
Wow was I impressed today!! I drove over from Tauranga to Rotorua to pick up a crank pulley. The lovely lady behind the counter is an absolute wealth of knowledge. She totally blew me away with her knowledge, and was so helpful. It's such a nice change dealing with people that know there industry. Well done top marks from me
Can't rate Russ and his team highly enough!nI brought a 1989 Toyota MR2 in from the UK which in many ways was in mint condition, but had some significant underbody rust from the salty UK winter roads.nOthers had pretty much written it off, and I wasn't sure if these guys would be interested as they're normally dealing with V8s and muscle cars. But I couldn't have been more wrong.nNot only did they take a genuine interest in the car and her history, they gave me realistic quotes for the work and then did an outstanding job of the bodywork. They also advised me on a couple of minor mechanical issues and sorted those out for me quickly and at reasonable cost.nThey then advised me on who to use for a respray, Rob's Autospray, who also did a fantastic job, and recommended McStripes to me for reapplying pinstripes and decals.nBetween these guys I've got a beautifully restored car that will be good for another twenty nine years, and when I do need work doing I won't hesitate to go straight back.
Russ and the team at Toy Shed are amazing!nOur old campervan was given back to us from Taupo Pitstop barely running uphills. Russ got our engine running so smoothly. Can't recommend enough!
