Registered with the practice 4 years ago. Had no reason to use their services until today. Phoned up to arrange an appointment only to be told that I was no longer registered as I hadn't used them since registeringnThen told I couldn't re-register as they weren't taking on new patients, even though they have my medical records...!!!nThe final kicker was being told to use my local ED if I need to see a doctor.nIf I could give a zero I would. Zero patient care, zero customer service, zero interest in my needs....

Just moved but during self-isolation, didn't know if it was still a phone consultation or regular visit. Put on hold for 9mins only to be told I missed it but wasn't notified I'd be charged a late fee $10. Next GP visit was very friendly but felt like I was in a rush to get everything done, covered most of the issues but not all. I'm told I now have to pay $40 for their stuff up.
Absolutely criminal practice, trying to extort patients for treatments they have public finding for. Not only that but hidden costs abound, criminally negligent Drs, some who are even dressed up and pretending to be Drs when in fact they are not. This place is disgusting.
Paid $55 to use Practice Plus instead of Waiting on a triage call again because of staff incompetence.
