I'm a naturopath with twenty years experience at solving health problems through tried and tested natural therapy, lifestyle and nutritional advice and good old fashioned common sense.

Story

Kia ora
My name is Chris Toki. I am a New Zealander of Maori and European descent.

I have a practice in Christchurch and North Otago where I provide a health service for both rural and urban people.

Over the past 17 years I have been involved in many different aspects of the natural health industry including training of health professionals, research and development of natural products, and a consultant for supplement manufacturers.

In recent years I have focused solely on private practice.

I graduated with a Diploma of Naturopathy from the Canterbury College of Natural Medicine and am a member of New Zealand Society of Naturopaths.

I live in the Waimakariri district in North Canterbury. When I can, I love to take time out surfing, fishing, gardening, reading or just hanging out with the family.

I aim to empower people about how to keep their health at an optimum level. I want to help them to recognise the specific things that affect their health and find out what they can do to change it.

I am proud to be able to offer a high level of support, care and experience.
