The museum provides a great look through time. There's an education centre that includes toys, books and dress ups for toddlers. This part closed at 4.30pm on the Saturday we visited. There's a section with restored vehicles. Kids can climb into a tram and the back of a fire engine, bus and police car. They can also try sitting on an old penny farthing bicycle.
Great museum! I thought it was going to be a short stroll around the museum but we spent a solid 3 hours here. There are plenty of cool and informative exhibits. We really enjoyed our time here!
Free entrance but suggested to donate $5 for maintenance. Huge museum with lots of artefacts and exhibits. Highly recommended to visit if have an hour to spare.
Great museum. Bigger than it looks. Packed with interesting information and displays. Fit for all ages. We spent hours.
Excellent. A must go and see museum. Well set out, full of great exhibits, good places to sit, nice cafe. Play area for children.
