Please Titahi bay doctors if someone is enrolled as a patient in your clinic give them the option to come and pay back later or in the next appointment. Don't treat them like they will run away with your money and never return. Give your patients the opportunity as invoice is also an option. I was better at stokes valley medical center why did I come here .
My experience with them so far has been great, especially dealing with them on behalf of an elderly parent, bit pricey on costs, but I guess its because it's a private establishment. The doctor my dad has is very good why I gave four stars as I live out of that area, he allowed me to call during appointments so theirs clarity inregards to dads health care.
These premises also house the physiotherapist. Upon entering, the physio's office is to the left and GP's are to the right. Have been attending this office for many years now and the receptionist & nurses are always polite & friendly. Over the years, the GP's have changed, but so far I have not found a problem with any of the one's I have been assigned.
Been with them for past 10 years all was good until new doctors came in they don't have time to see their own patient where as the one before used to squeeze us in appointment was for 2.30 and its 3.15 still waiting
Absolute horrendous waiting times here. Brought someone along as they weren't able to drive but the appointment times don't seem to matter at all and neither does reception advise you of the delay when you come in. Pathetic service. I hope people in charge of this clinic read this and improve it.
I'm very grateful that I found Dr Rowland at Titahi Bay Doctors. The ladies at the reception are amazing. Always calm and friendly. You will get better soon! Cheers
Always lovely experience here. Nurses are delightful, helpful and truly care about their patients and love their jobs.
Very poor service. The phone will not be picked up at 9:00am. Instead you'll receive an automatic response with a message you have called outside their business hours of 8:30??
Friendly caring attitudes from all staff. Not too big and clinical building.
Been there since 1991 and wouldn't change any other doctors.
