Had to unfortunately give a star to be able to give my remark. George should not practice as a Dr when his google is of he would not recognize a flu from a sneeze. Went to see George to renew my chronic medication prescription as he declined the request on manage my health, the he only pointed a Temperature gun at my head and based on that he was able diagnose a viral infection and also hear a clear chest just amazing ability he has sarcastic then made sny uncalled for comments on my manage your health feedback. I went to him due to my Asthma if you know what it is you sometimes cough he the almost immediately diagnosed my with covid even told me to leave his room and to stop lying.
Their website cost breakdowns are innaccurate and therefore misleading and do not correspond with their invoicing after the fact. Advice is to please ensure you ask for a quote and breakdown of the quote before using their services. However, the service itself by all was excellant.
After being on hold for over 20 mins someone finally called me back I spoke to a nurse saying I was having shortness or breath and a cough nothing to bad but I need a repeat on my asthma inhalers she refused to give me a repeat as it had been a while since I had been prescribed one I asked if I could make a appointment with my doctor to get one she said he was booked out for the day so will organise to get me 1 inhaler for the mean time and book me in with my doctor she said I would be contacted at the end of the day I was not contacted at all. very poor I thought as I was just asking for a simple inhaler I’ve had asthma since I was a kid
Have always had a good experience here, reception are always helpful either on the phone or in person. Doctors and Nurses are great. Recommend

Shame I have to be generous and give one star. Rejected for getting a Day 2 isolation post MIQ test even though the MOH book provided in MIQ clearly states, via a link given in the guide, that Mana Medical is one option you can go to as a non-patient and you do not have to book. I was abruptly told I should not have left my house which you have to in order to get the test, as advised in the booklet and I followed all the rules, that they take patients only, and that you have to book which makes no sense if they don't take patients?, this is all contrary to what is advised in the Ministry of Health Guidance for post-MIQ self-isolation. The receptionist was nice and had explained this, so I was turning to leave when the senior nurse or whoever she was, decided to come out and start reading me my rights and telling me what I should and shouldn't be doing in a totally hostile manner and that I need to "read it properly", which of course I had. I'm not 5 years old. They had no clue and clearly haven't seen the book themselves. I've reported them to healthpoint, run by MOH, where they are listed as a testing centre under the above laid out parameters. They didn't even seem to know they were listed! Absolutely useless and that woman way too aggressive in her approach.
I get anxiety calling Mana medical. I try to use the website to book appts because the reception staff are horrible. I understand it's a hectic place but perhaps look for a job where empathy isnt required. I will be transferring to another medical centre because I would expect some form of customer service from the front desk. The doctors Dr Rini is fabulous though so if you can by pass the phone calls and any interaction with the front desk then you're the real winner.
Always professional and in depth doctors here. Nurses always friendly n helpful Admin staff welcoming and address any concerns with ease if changing a booking, making a booking etc etc Nice waiting room Clear n concise during Covid Thanks Would recommend
My son and I have recently just changed medical centre due to how unprofessional the reception staff and nurses are we only enrolled a few months ago. The doctor we visited a few times was lovely, so it’s really a shame! A few of the ladies on reception are so rude and dismissive. I would certainly be looking elsewhere before considering Mana Medical Centre.
Unethical and discriminating staff, they obviously need a good talking to from an ombudsman to get them off thier 2 star rating. Some of the staff are undeniably in the wrong profession.
