Great medical centre, having used it multiple times for myself and son Over the past 4 years I have found their service and the staff excellent. When I see my partner and step daughter waiting sometimes 4 to 6 weeks at a different practice to see a Dr I relise how lucky I am to be with tinwald medical.n10/10 for care, efficiency and professionalism!

We recently tried to enroll as they opened their books and having moved here a few months ago they are the closest GP but they have a ridiculous policy where if you have enrolled anywhere else they won't take you. So it'd be better from their perspective we have no GP for a few months waiting for them to open their books, how is this in the patients best interest. We only enrolled elsewhere out of necessity. Extremely disappointed on a ridiculous policy. Crazy!
I cannot believe the service we get from them. Absolutely disgusting. My son was there on monday and they clearly saw that this boy is really sick. What do they do, just give meds for pain and fever. What the hell is that?????? Meds for pain and fever is not going to help him now. They then also said if he’s not better by wednesday then bring him back immediately. The monday night he went to hospital via ambulance and the doctors gave him antibiotics. He’s still not well and his fever ranges from 39-41. Then when we phone the medical centre they say sorry the doctor that saw him on monday doesn’t work on a wednesday. He’s 8 years old and really sick and no one want’s to help. Seriously I can not believe this
