Love the host and duty manager who catered to my son's birthday party with his family and friends. Absolutely amazing customer care and service. Friendly and welcoming hosts and staff.
Well. I bought use the casual card that I can play for an hour, but there are a McKoy of limitations and I can’t play some of fhr games. It’s a pity, otherwise it’s quite expensive for some of the games, $2-4 each game. But overall the environment is good and it’s somewhere you can stay and kill time.
Awesome Birthday held at Timezone New Market We had wonderful hosts who really made the Timezone Birthday experience fun for the all the kids. Affordable and well worth it. Thank you again Time Zone New Market Team, looking forward to visiting again soon

Signed up today with my friend tonight. Had a great experience super fun super big loads of different games to play and earn tickets on. Staff were friendly as and very helpful. I would recommend this place!!
These folks do kid's birthday parties in style... Our son and his friends just loved the game time and the arrangement including their goodie bags. Staff are lovely, responsive and caring. The games are great to keep children entertained and the atmosphere is awesome. Our son had a wonderful birthday at TZ New Market.
Apart from the amazingly wide range of fun arcade games, the staff was great. I just want to say that being served by Faiza was such an absolute pleasure. She was such an angel and extremely supportive when my partner and I would endlessly try to get a stuffed Dumbo from the claw machine. Faiza would even cheer and clap her hands each time we got a toy we got three in total!!!!. She was so sweet and super friendly. She made the experience a lot more fun and I couldn't thank her or compliment her enough for honestly being one of the best employees at Timezone Newmarket. I highly recommend!
Had my son’s birthday party here. Absolutely wonderful customer service right from the start til the end. Host, manager and staff were amazing. Absolutely recommend this venue for kids birthday parties. Thanks again.
Absolutely recommend for birthday parties. Staff was so helpful and accomodating, even helped us with party decorations. Kids loved it. Children enjoyed the games and loved the fact they got tickets to shop in-store.
An awesome arcade with really good rytmn games like Dance Dance Revolution and Taiko. Decent prizes too. It is very loud all the time, so just be warned. Staff were very helpful. They also have laser tag which I recommend trying with a big groups, $13pp, no need for booking.
