Exceptional Service and Support from Rohit Kumar at Eves Real Estate. We had the pleasure of working with Rohit Kumar of Eves Real Estate. As first-time buyers searching for a property with specific disability requirements, our journey began in 2019. After an extensive search, we almost gave up hope until we stumbled upon an open home for a property on Kentucky Crescent in Nawton. From that point on, Rohit's knowledge of the industry and sales training, as well as his genuine compassion and energy for his job shone through. Throughout our home buying experience, we had numerous queries which Rohit answered patiently, without any pressure. He provided exceptional advice when we finally decided to make an offer and kept us calm and well-informed throughout the entire process. Four years later, after some renovation projects, we decided to sell our property in April 2023. We interviewed several agents, but none matched Rohit's expertise, passion, and real desire to help. In just a few days, Rohit had our property professionally photographed, and it was listed on the market. Within two weekends, multiple offers had come in and we accepted one from a first-time buyer. Wow͏ Leon and his remarkable team certainly know how to make the selling process comfortable Leon and his wonderful team were absolutely marvelous. Their professionalism showed throughout the whole selling process. What stood out for us was how easily approachable they were. They communicated every day and we always felt at ease if we had to contact them even for the smallest inquiry.They were very honest about how the market is and we're extremely happy with the outcome.We truly can't thank you enough for what you have achieved for our family.

Eves Rototuna are the most unprofessional and laziest business I have dealt with. We were renting a property under them. Moving into the house it was obvious that the house had not been cleaned well prior to us moving in. Little after 2 months of being there the house was put on the market. We were promised that we would be well looked after and that they would try there best to help us find a new place to live. This did NOT happen. We had to have open homes twice a week every weekend until I stood up for myself. Not one property was shown to us in this time. They did nothing to help us. When it came to move we cleaned the house to a standard that was a lot better than how it was left when we moved in. Eves still had had problems with this and as a cash grab made us pay for a cleaner.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The best experience I’ve ever had with a real estate agency; reliable, trustworthy, kind, respectful, professional, flexible, great communication skills, present, and they genuinely care. Very refreshing after numerous negative experiences with various agencies who can often be misleading, rude, and only see you as a number if you’re renting. Our agent is Adam Brady, would highly recommend him and this agency overall, an absolute pleasure dealing with you. Thank you!

EVES helped us find great tenants for our rental and looked after it very well. I recommend them for tenant selection and good professional processes that benefit both tenants and landlords.

Take no ownership off there responsibility. Do nothing for the tenant that pay there wages. If you can avoid using them Do so.
