As a born-and-bred Hamiltonian, Neil Archer knows the city’s suburbs and streets well – but he knows its people and homes even better.

Neil has been well-groomed for a success in residential home sales. As the owner of Vantage Homes, a successful home building company, he’s got a great understanding of modern home design, and deep knowledge of the benefits and costs associated with more established homes.

“I’ve also built up a rental property portfolio over several years, so I’ve been involved in dozens of property sales and purchases as a vendor and a buyer. From those transactions I know the level of service that a client expects from their real estate agent.”

Friendly, open, and honest, Neil is a family man and loves spending as much time as possible with his wife Monette and daughter Tiffany. In his spare time he enjoys activities such as fishing and jet-skiing, and around the home he takes the time to some ‘TLC’ in to his garden.
