Very poor service and advice. A real pain to travel to the warehouse in Seaview to actually pick up the tiles because the store is really only a showroom. Have been coming here for years but won't bother anymore. Not recommended.
As their website only allowed for purchasing in multiples of m2 they were great at satisfying my purchase for a part m2 order over the phone. Highly recommend.
The team at Tile Trends Petone were great to deal with and had a fantastic range of tiles. We're thrilled with our new bathrooms!
We were well looked after by Ben who gave as great advice and even sorted out a tiler to come around and give us a quote to install the tiles.
Best service and help. So gd that decided that would.not go look at another store. Highly recommend
Poor customer service, delivered tiles to job and left them in drive way in plain sight for any one to steal, then denied any responsibility and refused to pay a labour invoice for hauling tiles
