I often shop here. I would say that 80% of my clothes are from thrift stores. They have a daily 50% discount. And sometimes the whole store is 50%. I really believe that we should create less waste. I’ve found amazing gifts, clothes, household items…a great place to shop
The store is clean and most of the clothes sizes are found in the right spots. I’m giving it 2 stars because when I asked the young boy at the fitting if i could use the washroom as it says to ask the fitting room people he doesn’t look at me nothing and says “i’ll meet you over there.” And i said “thank you very much” when he opened the door and he said “whatever” and walked away. Later i was trying on clothes and my husband was with me and the young boy changed his attitude completely. Unprofessional and ignorant that boy was.
Nice clean store but seriously overpriced for a thift store. Going to go back to Salvation Army and St. Paul's. Ended up buying some paperback novels. $2.99 each. Very disappointed
They always have something on sale but most things a little pricy. Half price days are back. Most recently I spent a little more but they were for items that weren't priced that badly and I needed them
High costs. Although they still have half-priced parts, the costs have significantly increased despite the facility's cleanliness and organisation. Many thanks
Perfect store for all the stuff and very clean Staff is very nice and kind. Alyssa was cashier and she was very humble and has cute smile to greet us. Big thanks Samantha, she was taking for whole store and was vry good in customer service that it really made our shopping so awesome.
Toxic work environment with grown adults acting like high-school children. Under par merchandise with stains and tears and rips. With a very rude and un caring staff

I dropped off 6 boxes today to the store on Upper James. I love this store. Friendly staff and clean store. I had no idea that you can't drop off to the back door. I rang the bell and then I rang it again. A women came out the back door and started to give me attitude and said I could be charged with dumping. She could have explained herself nicely but she decided to talk to me like I was a ignorant person. I could be charged for dumping. I am over 60 and she opened a mouth to me? This was 4:15 on Saturday. I will take my donation to another charity. I can't believe how rude she was. I work retail and that was not necessary.
I like that they stay open til 9 pm…at least Monday through Friday Store is always neat and clean
