Bright, airy store beautifully laid out. Wonderful range to choose from with everything you could think of but there was no help from any of the staff, not even a smile or a greeting at the sales counter seriously ladies if you don't want to be there I'm sure there are a lot of others that would jump at the chance.

Lots on offer at every good value. Did find it really strange for the checkouts to be at the back of the shop.

Nice, modern, tidy & friendly staff. Most sizes on racks are on the smaller size. Kids options are good.

Could add a bit more variety.

love shopping at h and m so much to choose from. only thing that annoying is it doesn't always convert us to nzd and makes it difficult
