Great service when I went in to buy my Inokim Quick3 electric scooter today. Knew their stuff and a friendly bunch. Loving the scooter and has been fun riding it around town plenty of grunt to make it up the steep hills!. Thanks again, will be back at some point to buy a second one I think!
Ordered a Volto bike after testing it for free. Got it ready for pickup under a week. Friendly staff good products, I do recommend !
Very easy 5 stars, The best customer service I have ever had, Helped me set up my new Inokim Quick Super 3 Great scooter by the way, Gave me support after hours, Even went above and beyond got it from the warehouse for me the next working day. All the staff were very pleasant and easy to deal with right from the start. Nothing like what I got with my last e scooter purchase elsewhere, Definitely recommend these guys.
Great service from Jonno and the team. I needed some help servicing a part on my bike and they turned it around for me quickly - keeping me in the loop on progress all the way. I would recommend THINK Electric to anyone who loves a good product & customer service combo.
I purchased the Inokim Ox after having my Xiaomi stolen. In comparative terms the Xiaomi would be a solid Toyota corolla, not much in the way of handling but starts every time, the Ox is like a Tesla. I have discovered that there are levels to scooting and its going to be extremely hard to use up my remaining $15 on my Bird Wave scooter account. Jonno was brilliant and very accommodating with payment its not cheap. He is a great human being, nothing more to ask for really.
Great impartial advice. No better way to choose an escooter than a test drive With a good range of quality scooters and real hands on experience from Jono, makes for an easy buying decision.
We, along with a couple of friends recently purchased 4 Smartmotion ebikes from Think Electric Bikes. We were very impressed by Jonnos knowledge and advice and he managed very easily to fit us out in the bikes that were most suitable for our needs. Taking the bikes out for a test ride was no problem and soon cemented that we were making the right choice. I would recommend that anyone thinking of purchasing an ebike go see Jonno .
Went with the Speedway Dualtron on advice from Jonno. Couldn't be happier, the thing is a beast, we had a few issues with the controller because I basically grabbed the first one out of the box when they landed. Jonno was quick to sort me out with the details I needed.
Tested an electric scooter. No hard sell. Friendly and helpful.
Awesome service very helpful would recommend them to anyone
