a motorbike museum in a hardware store! awesome to see all the old bikes and displays, free to enter. they have replicas of Burt Monroe's bike which were used in the filming of the movie.nLiterally about a hundred other bikes to look at. Worth a stop. I bought a couple cans of V to contribute at least something in appreciation!
Great place with Burt Munroe's Indian, and his other motorcycle, plus all the blown pistons, valves, con rods etc etc. Also a range of other vintage motorcycles.nAnd a fantastic hardware shop with a huge range of products, a cafe and gift shop.nAlso, a Mecca for motorcycle enthusiasts on the Burt Munroe weekend and any other time.
I always fall off motorbikes but will always admire them. This is the best place to go look at cool old motorbikes.
Amazing and free. Have a coffee look at the bikes buy something lovely in the gift shop. Also lots of stuff for the house or camper.
Free amazing history, even for someone not into bikes and racing. Xavier was so helpful and knowledgeable.nnBeatiful displays of stunning bikes all through history. Learnt so much about burt and the hays family, really interesting to learn about their history and assistance with the movie. Grab a coffee from their cafe and have a walk about, gift shop had some great gifts we got too!
