My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting this jaw dropping collection of historical automobiles, trucks and other amazing historical artifacts that truly transported us back to another time. This museum is a must see for all who appreciate mankind’s ability to create amazing mechanical devices. Kudos to the entire staff who maintain repair and keep this museum in first class condition. Thank you all!!!
Great collection. A real treat. Entrance fee is probably a bit too high though at 40 dollars. I was speaking to folks locally who would like to go, but can't afford it. Seems a shame. Cafe is good and even though a large group had just arrived, turnaround was quick.
It's an amazing collection. To have a look 2 1/ 2 hours to experience in depth the day you can leave and have lunch The Grille and then continue on.
A sensational evening with delicious food!! Such a large ever growing collection with side halls of old world splendour. Generous staff who are knowledgeable and welcoming.
Just phenomenal. Visited a couple of weeks ago with a tour group through Grand Pacific Tours NZ. What more can be said... outstanding, spectacular, a rare treasure.nnBlown away by the vastness of this collection that needed more than the hour and a half or so we had due to our tour coach timings. The personalised tour by Bill's daughter Joselyn was so delightful... what a lovely lady. Could have listened to her all day talking about the magnificent collection and the themed displays. She and those who help, are doing a remarkable job in presenting and preserving this beautiful motoring history for the world to see.nnIf you're anywhere near Invercargill, you have to make a concerted effort to go and see it... give yourself at least 3 hours if you like trucks, cars, bikes and a multitude of other items. The biggest collection of juke boxes I've ever seen is there as well.nnIf I could rate this 6-stars, I would.nnA visitor from Perth, Western Australia. I will return!!!
