Love The Warehouse at Trafalgar Square! Always super easy to find what you need, and the prices are hard to beat. The store’s clean, well laid out, and the staff are always friendly. It’s one of those places you can pop into for one thing and leave with a trolley full — in the best way. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Whanganui!
Click and collect is such a joke. Always 1 or 2 week delays on orders despite online saying they are in stock and ready to be picked up after 6pm that night. My question: Why the nearly 2 week delay when they have it all sitting there on the shelves though? I went in this morning to have a look for myself and found all the items in my order were in stock LOL. I questioned it at the service desk then got told my order was in fact ready. So why didn't I get an email saying that then? Last I heard 9 days ago it was still delayed. Store is a mess and staff don't seem to care about providing quality service. One girl on the front desk was clearly sick, sniffing and coughing. Ew. Lazy staff. Need better training. Plenty of people out there looking for work who would do a better job. And don't get me started on the security cameras being able to view people changing inside the changing cubicles. Sucks to suck The Warehouse Whanganui. Take these reviews on board and make some positive changes before you further damage your reputation.
Since they wont let me post to the app, I'll post it here.nIt's an honest review and if you don't like it maybe change your work ethics, instead of ignoring the harsh truth.nnBarely ever anything in stock in the stores, I don't understand how it's so hard to keep stock levels up and not leave it till the last minute to order more.nCommon sense would be to order when stock is getting low, not completely off the shelf.nnThe product I wanted was out of stock in the stores, so i had to get it ordered to the store via click and collect.nIt was estimated to take 2-5 days for my order to arrive. It's been 7 days and no updates or anything.nI have to keep asking via live chat, only to be told that it's getting shipped with a store pallet and will take 7-10 days.nnNot happy, very unorganised and misleading.nSeems like a common occurrence with the majority of stores in this whole country to be honest.nIt's really not good enough, people getting payed to sit around and do nothing. Management obviously does nothing about it cause they're just as bad and have the same lazy mentality.
Paying cash, only able to do at what was returns and service. You have to line up if you doing a return with people paying cash which impacts on time being served for all.
