The Warehouse Whanganui is a massive retail hub located at Trafalgar Square that serves as an exceptional one-stop shop for both locals and regional visitors. The store offers a bright, open, and well-organized atmosphere, making it easy to navigate the impressive layout despite its immense scale.nExtensive Stock & Variety: The store features a huge collection of typical Warehouse items, spanning electronics, homewares, clothing, and seasonal goods. Its inventory levels are remarkably deep, offering a significantly larger selection and better product availability than what you typically find in smaller regional branches, including stores across various Northland towns.nAmple Parking: The location provides plenty of convenient parking spaces within the shopping complex, ensuring a stress-free experience even during busy weekend hours or peak holiday shopping seasons.nFriendly Staff: The team members are consistently approachable, helpful, and efficient at the counters, contributing a welcoming, community-oriented feel to a large-scale retail experience.
Always pop into the warehouse when I'm in Whanganui. Located in Trafalga Square close to main town. Has underground and above ground parking including wheelchair access. The staff are friendly, helpful and the layout is easy, well signpost with aisles that are a good size. Always grab a bargain. Big store for a smaller city. Includes warehouse stationary. I recommend.
Pretty good with prices and a good variety of products.nHelpful and friendly staff
Fairly inexpensive... A new washing machine under their own label but just as good as standard labels... F&P etc.. About 1/2 standard price... Other home goods similar
Had a very bad interaction with a Māori lady with short hair in the warehouse stationary department, I said “excuse me” once she did not reply. Raised my voice alittle and said it once more very politely I was ignored again, then I stood and waited patiently, she turned around and said it was “extremely weird when people just stand behind you and don’t say anything.” I apologised and asked if she could help me look for a product. she was extremely rude and told me that it wasn’t her department. It seemed as though she did hear me she was just hoping I’d leave her alone and not say anything after the first time. Not impressed at all as I was very polite and it was not exchanged what so ever.
