Could have more selection of men's wear and socks etc but otherwise great shopping. Fantastic staff. Very helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

I popped into Farmers Whanganui to purchase some make-up items which I regularly use and which are currently on sale. One of those items is L'Oreal True Match Foundation. Since my last purchase the shade coding has changed to only numbers/letters and the old shade name is not shown. I was then faced with finding the shade that I always buy. A young woman, assisting in that department, approached and asked to help. After looking at my skin tone and the shades available, she suggested three shades that she believed would be in the range of shade I required. I chose the one I believed was closest. When I arrived home and looked at my receipt, next to the product code was the old shade name and it was exactly the one I always purchase. Shopping is not my favorite past time these days and her help was greatly appreciated. Well done.
