The manager of Farmers is a hands on leader. I assisted earlier today with an elderly customer who had a nasty fall outside the entrance. While myself a firefighter who was off duty along with a nurse and staff member were helping take care of the elderly customer. The store manager showed amazing leadership not only to his team but his customers. He provided great communication between us and 111 contact center. I was very impressed with Farmers staff and wanted to pass this on. Great work guys & gals!
Belle, in the children's clothing department, is an asset to the store. She knows her products, and was helpful, friendly and kind.
Terrible customer service, no smile or thank you. Was talking to another staff member about an appointment she had that afternoon she needed to leave early for. I told my daughter she couldn't have a toy and she said to us oh but that's the best one. I didn't have an actual farmers card on me and she she she could only find my farmers account details with a NZ phone number which I don't have. So I ended up having to sign in online and read the card number out to her Refused to get products from behind the counter to show us which as stated on a sign were there. Served another customer then said oh yes I actually do have them. Shop online Whanganui people!
Good variety of things at this store minus the customer service from staff members. I went in at around 4.45pm today, the lady with the light grey coloured hair flipped her eyes at me and the the lady at the checkout operator 395051 as per my receipt laughed at me when I told her to have a good afternoon before leaving. Assuming she thought I was joking when I explained to her how good the moisturizer I purchased was. Two clowns must have had a busy day. Not very welcoming at all !!!
Love Farmers, their brands are a perfect fit for me, clothes well made and last forever, make-up and lingerie excellent as well
