Went in to buy a TV yesterday and walked around trying to find someone to serve me. Then went to the cashier and she told me the cash at the print and copy desk sells the TVs.nFinally got some help and was told that the TV they had was a display one and had been opened and used. I asked if there was a discount as it was second hand and the guy said no. He lied and said the sale ended tmrw and they had none on stock. The sale ended in 6 days time. He said he could get a new one delivered but it would cost me a big delivery fee something like 70 dollars. I asked if the delivery fee would be waived and he refused.
Staff will literally stock up items infront of you. My Sister in law and I were looking for matching baby clothes and a staff member comes up and starts restocking as we’re trying to find sizes. Rude staff aswell.
I went to The Warehouse Thames today for two different items, cat bowls as pictured and a reading journal as pictured that indicated that they were both in stock. However, when looking for the cat bowls a employee told me that they were not in stock and that they had not sold them since December. When looking for the book, another employee went out to the back to look for it, as on their system it said they had 3 on hand, yet they could not find the stock either. In no way am I complaining about the employees. I just find it very frustrating that their system is not correct and indicates to people that things are in stock when they are not.

Brought a new tv yesterday & customer service was awesome. The young bloke working Warehouse Stationary desk grabbed the TV for me, took it out to our vehicle & assisted another customer to tie it down on the back of my Ute.nDealing with my 4 kids, the staff definitely made it easier
