Last 3 phones I have brought it says online, yes Thames warehouse has the protector in stock but they never do! In fact the protectors were so picked over there was hardly any there at all. Does someone actually keep track of issuing the stock in the computer and re ordering? I'm not sure but I get in trouble for not doing that in my job
Brought a new tv yesterday & customer service was awesome. The young bloke working Warehouse Stationary desk grabbed the TV for me, took it out to our vehicle & assisted another customer to tie it down on the back of my Ute.nDealing with my 4 kids, the staff definitely made it easier
Most useless warehouse I have ever been into. Staff stand around doing nothing and won’t even look for an item for me that says in stock but not on the floor. I left very disappointed at their incompetency and lack of basic customer service.
Just to say thankyou to the wonderful help I have been given the last two times I have been to Thames warehouse.So very helpful and goes out of her way . Nothing seems to bother her. Don't know her name but she is pretty identifiable. She has a moko on her chin. Please thank her for me.
Went into Thames warehouse Tuesday 7th January looking for a product, the help I was given was 110%.I walked out on a high.Keep up the good service people may it flow onto other business
