When some people go to heaven they’ll complain that they didn’t have a chance to try the other place. I have always found the Warehouse staff at Thames courteous, kind and helpful, and the product range is pretty good for a relatively small store. As for the quality…well you get what you pay for! I don’t expect top-of-the-range quality for budget store prices! And if everything I had ever bought there broke or upset me, maybe I’d ask myself why I continued to buy from them!
Below average selection, and staff standing around the toy aisle talking about how racist management is. Edit : Had an argument with the staff and they accused me of tampering with the prices. Now the security guard follows me and my family around when we visit. Dropped from 2 star to 1 star review.
Great service from front of the store staff this Sunday morning when I was very tired. Very helpful and kind.
like most shops in Thames, terrible range and quality here. Just about everything I have bought from here in the past year has broken, or just upset me. The only car cover they sell autohaus garbage of course didn't fit a small ford mondeo, their autohaus spray paint can produced an awful finnish, and the nozzle leaked gas constantly. All the clothes I have bought haven't lasted more than a few months.
A typical warehouse but the security at self checkout is over zealous and super creepy- it’s like everyone is assumed to be a shoplifter. I bought three of the same item - I scanned once and reached up to type quantity 3 but before my finger even touched the screen I heard “excuse me sir but you’ll have to scan that item three times thank you”. Have had several similar experiences like this here before. Edit: downgraded to 2 star. The staff are very condescending.
Good convenience store. We needed some water shoes and rain coats unexpectedly, and we were able to find them here in multiple sizes for a decent price. The also had a small variety available. They sold plenty of other general items like toys, clothes, and outdoor tools. Just to point out, the entrance is located inside of the shopping center on the left side. It's definitely a good spot for some last minute emergency clothes shopping.
Low prices and you can get what you want . Also good clothing choices and prices are not to expensive
I recently purchased a large order of products needed for our school Technology programme and the team at the Thames Warehouse were friendly, efficient and flexible toward meeting my needs. The products were ordered in from a number of other stores and communication was transparent and efficient leading to all products being pulled together for me to pick up in one hit. Providing us with a very competitive price allowed us to purchase all we needed, ensuring success for all students. The Thames Warehouse is always a good store to visit and has a wide range of items in stock. The staff are always very friendly and helpful if you require assistance.
Nice size of store. Well laid out. Garden Dept not up to standard of rest of store but passable. Very pleasant assistants. Good range of products for store size.
