We had have always had a good experience at the Warehouse Rotorua, but this weekend on sunday 30th of November, about 5pm we were delighted to have the help of Kevin. A young lad who went well and truly out of his way to get us just what we needed. It took him a bit of time and effort so we were terribly grateful. It wasn't even that we were buying something expensive, we just needed the right size of box for a project. Kevin you are a real asset to The Warehouse. Thank you.
Nice and big warehouse. Heaps of stuff on special. The place looks clean and tidy. Customer service was ok.

tamz was amazing! i was searching for good hot wheel cars to collect and it was as if i were searching for a needle in a haystack!nnthankfully, tamz who was very kind had thr initiative to bring two empty boxes for me to place the undesired makes so that i could search for the ones at the bottom!nnsmall meaningful things like this makes a customer’s life easier and more convenient!nnthank u so much for making our day tamz!
Last Thursday I was targeted and watched by the security lady with facial tattoos while shopping for uniform pants with my son. She felt the need to stand at the entrance and watch me leave while staring down at me like a criminal with her arms crossed looking intimidating with 2 other staff members on each side of her. This is disgusting behaviour from someone who should be taking customer service and safety seriously and I no longer feel comfortable shopping at this store. 1 star since I can't give 0
