I needed to buy a thermometer. I arrived before 8.40pm advertises 9pm shut. Refused admission. Not impressed. Perhaps it would be helpful to remark on the 'out-only' policy before closedown
Awful experience at warehouse today. Lady at front in black clothes and with tattoos on her face doesn't know how to talk with customers. Her behaviour is too rude. She needs learn some soft skills.
Always welcomed with a smile whenever I come in from ALL staff. Had to go in to get a phone early one morning and the service from Mark on warehouse stationary was awesome and helpful. Every time I've been in there they've helped with anything I've needed. Keep it up.

Large variety of merchandise. Prices reasonable, staff very unfriendly, and the young woman at the checkout exit really stuck out for the permanent scowl on her face and she made it quite obvious she would rather be anywhere else than at her job. Great introduction to The Warehouse for tourists - NOT!
