Very good service.nI added a comment on another warehouse rotorua one and I wanted to delete part of that comment .ON YOUR INTERCOM BEWARE JEWISH MAN IN STOREnMY MOTHER WAS JEWISH SO THAT MAKES ME JEWISH I ENED UP BEING ADDOPTED TO A WONDERFUL ITALIAN MOTHER AND SCOTTISH IRISH FATHER. THE MAN WHO MADE THE COMMENT COULD HAVE BEEN MY NEFEW . NO WONDER THAT VOICE SOUNDED FAMILIAR. .WHEN I FIND MY OTHER COMMETBI WILL DELETE IT .BUT I STILL GAVE YOU 5 STARS ON THAT OTHER COMMENT
Nice and big warehouse. Heaps of stuff on special. The place looks clean and tidy. Customer service was ok.
Handy to visit as you never know what might catch your eye and they have great specials as well.
We had have always had a good experience at the Warehouse Rotorua, but this weekend on sunday 30th of November, about 5pm we were delighted to have the help of Kevin. A young lad who went well and truly out of his way to get us just what we needed. It took him a bit of time and effort so we were terribly grateful. It wasn't even that we were buying something expensive, we just needed the right size of box for a project. Kevin you are a real asset to The Warehouse. Thank you.
Last Thursday I was targeted and watched by the security lady with facial tattoos while shopping for uniform pants with my son. She felt the need to stand at the entrance and watch me leave while staring down at me like a criminal with her arms crossed looking intimidating with 2 other staff members on each side of her. This is disgusting behaviour from someone who should be taking customer service and safety seriously and I no longer feel comfortable shopping at this store. 1 star since I can't give 0
