Went in store to purchase a product on Monday online it said it was in stock. When we had gone in they said it was in stock but due to all the pallets that had accumulated they couldn’t access it so got told to try the next day. We tried every following day for 5 days and the product I wanted still was in the same place on a pallet at the back super annoying and everyday there was a new excuse as to why they couldn’t grab it.
I needed to buy a thermometer. I arrived before 8.40pm advertises 9pm shut. Refused admission. Not impressed. Perhaps it would be helpful to remark on the 'out-only' policy before closedown
You really can't complain about the service here since there isn't any. The managers are rude, the staff have no support, never again will I shop at this store.
Drove in at night looks like it was closednNo direct open entrance like most warehouse places.n accessible parking..the entry was through the center shopping doors which leads into the food court.nVery large warehouse spacious #wheelchair friendly.nHas stationary in store for your printing and stationary supplies
Always welcomed with a smile whenever I come in from ALL staff. Had to go in to get a phone early one morning and the service from Mark on warehouse stationary was awesome and helpful. Every time I've been in there they've helped with anything I've needed. Keep it up.
