On a large site, great Kmart prices. Friendly staff, although hard to find staff to assist during busy hours. Not enough trolley to go around for customers even during quieter hours. Parking spaces out in front, handy location whether you live locally or passing through. Highly recommended for a visit for all ages.
This is a large regulation Kmart store in Rotorua offering a large variety of household and departmental store items.nThe location is easily accessible by road and public transport.nThe staff are nice and helpful.nStock is well maintained and displayed.nIt felt less crowded and easy to shop in here, as compared to the Auckland Kmart stores due to lesser visitors.nA large shopping area is there adjacent to this, which make a good outing for families and individuals both.nA lot of food and other shops are also present there.nAmple car parking spaces are available on the premises.
Its really inconvenient that at least half the stores items aren't priced. There's just shelves full of products with no pricing. Also the recovery standards are terrible. The toys aisle is just stuffed with rubbish, stolens and out of location items and remains the same since the week before so it obviously hasn't been recovered. Its not a nice experience trying to find something and you can't because the shelf is just stuffed full of god knows what.
Im a local and the Place is a tip, shoes and clothes all over the floor creating a trip hazard or just jammed into a heap on the shelves, products seemed to be placed on the shelves wherever the staff see fit, Price tags either don't match the products or are just non existent. Overall a very messy store. Kmart bayfair is way better
This place is a mess. All the clothes are mixed together, shorts with jumpers, no prices clearly indicated anywhere, and fitting rooms closed for some reason? How am I meant to try on my joggers? Just remove my jeans in front of everyone? Come on you can do better than this…
