On a large site, great Kmart prices. Friendly staff, although hard to find staff to assist during busy hours. Not enough trolley to go around for customers even during quieter hours. Parking spaces out in front, handy location whether you live locally or passing through. Highly recommended for a visit for all ages.
Staff need to learn BASIC customer service. Atleast not to turn your face away and ignore when a customer is talking to you. Great products but 1 star staff.nToday i visited Rotorua Kmart around 2pm-4pm, the girl on the gate with scanner, horrible customer service but the lady at check out returning goods was excellent.
This place is cool and all but please clean the shelves and stock!! Everything is everywhere there’s opened things and rubbish everywhere every shelf I go to is messed up and just overall a disgusting look. This is upsetting and makes me not want to shop in your store do better!
We came at 8 PM wanted to buy shorts but fitting room was not working... Why even bother to work till 12 PM most of the people were in clothes section.
