Just want to say thank you so much to the young girl on security this afternoon around 5pm. She was super helpful, i had my baby as well as a full trolley and some chairs and other items to carry to my ute. She willingly helped me without having to be asked and did it all with a smile on her face. Big ups to her, 10/10 customer service.
Good store for bargains and general household items. They usually have pretty much everything you would expect in the household products range though usually at the lower cost end of the market.
27 June friday.my daughter and granddaughter went to warehouse for a bby bottle.we asked at the counter if the toy competition was still running he checked and said yes there's one left. My moko was so excited. Eventually we git to the toy aisle and what do u know we found the red one eyed bandit. She can't walk probably but she was gone to the counter her mum chased after her. What a let down he gave a bottle of bubbles.............thanks for the years of support and in return my grandchild gets a bottle of bubbles worth 1 dollar.nIts left a sour taste in my mouth .not impressed.
Both the app and website were showing some great sale items in store so I went in and there was nothing. The staff openly admitting there's no stock. So the warehouse puts deals on its app and website showing stock in stores that don't have any. Presumably to get people in store to buy other stuff while they're there. I put all my purchases $63 back on the shelf and went straight to kmart and purchased it all there instead
