I went to exchange a bedding never open brought 2 days ago. When I went to the counter the manager refused to change just because the bag got small stain the behave of the manager Liam was from the beginning not change because the small mark. I've seen before people used the items and return no problem but this person from the beginning was negative and not be able to help or give me a proper answer.nCostumer service 0
Both the app and website were showing some great sale items in store so I went in and there was nothing. The staff openly admitting there's no stock. So the warehouse puts deals on its app and website showing stock in stores that don't have any. Presumably to get people in store to buy other stuff while they're there. I put all my purchases $63 back on the shelf and went straight to kmart and purchased it all there instead
We purchased a set of drawers from The Warehouse in Porirua.nnIt was the more expensive one so we expected better quality.nnIt was quite heavy and we took it all the way home and started assembling it only to find out it was damaged and missing two short bolts.nnWe then drove to that Warehouse and another one in Lyall Bay to ask for the missing bolts but they did not have any more of these drawers.nnI think it’s reasonable to expect a product to come with all the components and be undamaged in a box.
Great prices and staff are always approachable and go out of their way to show me where items are thank you for your kindness always!
the stuff we get from here always lasts really long. the clothes may not look great, but they're certainly durable!
