Was collecting a basic mattress I'd purchased online, the salesman was the worst I've ever experienced - refused to help me carry the mattress to my car I had a 2 year old toddler with me and left me to drag it out with one hand whilst holding my toddler in the other, as he clearly wanted to get to a couple he thought could sell a bed to. Super disappointed!
Highly recommend the team at Porirua, particularly James. He has gone above and beyond to ensure I was happy with their product, not an easy feat during the busiest time of the year. Very much appreciate the service I received here and the great deals they have on offer.
Great customer service in Appliance dept. Rod really helpful n even carried my purchase to my car. Fabulous.
Helpful staff, but on each occasion I’ve gone to get photos printed the machines have been very slow, and at least one out of order.nOtherwise a good selection of electronics and a large furniture department.
Pushy salespeople in the tech department really want you to buy extras with your purchase pointless extended warrienties and expensive phone plans. Get passive-aggressive when you don't. Wouldn't trust their advice so the only reason to go here is if they have the lowest price for what you want.
