The customer service one gets from picking up orders is below average I have to say. I used to have good experience in this store but not any more. I will try to avoid this store from now on.
The staff were very patient and understanding as they looked after my elderly friend with his new phone purchase.
Was collecting a basic mattress I'd purchased online, the salesman was the worst I've ever experienced - refused to help me carry the mattress to my car I had a 2 year old toddler with me and left me to drag it out with one hand whilst holding my toddler in the other, as he clearly wanted to get to a couple he thought could sell a bed to. Super disappointed!
Was interested in purchasing the frame Samsung tv 65 inch . When I asked the salesman he said “ it’s just a trendy gimmick rubbishy thing” lol suffice to say I went to jb hifi to purchase a tv
Pushy salespeople in the tech department really want you to buy extras with your purchase pointless extended warrienties and expensive phone plans. Get passive-aggressive when you don't. Wouldn't trust their advice so the only reason to go here is if they have the lowest price for what you want.
