We had an amazing experience at Harvey Norman Porirua recently. The sales assistant was engaging, informative, and honest. So if you ever need your tech questions answered we had questions about dryers and TVs ask for Zach! He was exceptional!!!
I have been a loyal customer of Harvey Norman Porirua for over 16 years and highly recommend them. I enjoy going into the store because every single time, I find the staff very friendly and helpful. Yesterday, Ryan from the electronics department, came to my house to fix a printer problem for me. He was absolutely marvellous, fixed the problem quickly and was really good at explaining things to me. And he absolutely made my day, when he switched my Outlook back to the Classic version, after I told him the newer version was driving me crazy!! Thanks again Ryan.
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a faulty product and the handling of my refund request.nI purchased a pair of Sennheiser Sport earbuds from your Porirua store. Shortly after purchase, one of the earbuds stopped working. I promptly visited the store, and after inspection, your technician confirmed that the product was indeed faulty.nAt that time, I informed the technician that I did not wish to receive a replacement of the same model and instead wanted to use the value towards another product. The technician advised me that I would need to wait for approximately two weeks for further processing.nAfter waiting for the stated period, I received a call from the store informing me that only a replacement of the same product was available and that a refund or exchange for another product could not be provided.nI find this outcome disappointing, as the product was confirmed to be defective, and I believe I am entitled to a refund or exchange, which requires that goods be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose
The photography service representative provided excellent assistance and encouraged follow-up communication if further support is required.
Awesome service from start to finish also got signed up for a contract for my phone a.b I think his name was very helpful and efficient keep up the awesome service team.
