I went to the checkout and asked to buy a gaming controller which is locked in their entertainment area. The staff asked me to wait at the counter and she said someone will come assist me. After waiting for 10 minutes, I went back to her and her reply was, I am waiting for someone to come and replace me at the counter. I went to two other staff and asked for help and that’s when I got some attention. Such a poor customer service.
Outstanding customer service team at this Store. I wondered what to do about a Pedestal fan that had stopped working outside of its warranty period. We had hardly used it. I went to the store to find out if something could be done. I didn't need to stress or say anything more because Renee at the Customer service counter simply asked me for proof of purchase which had totally faded and asked if I wanted a refund or an exchange. I went back home to get the Fan for an exchange and this was handled by Chacaan who was equally efficient, gracious and wonderful. When I couldn't find the replacement Fan inside the store, she got one of her team to help me collect the new Fan from their outside area since it had just landed. The whole process was stress-free, hassle free and a pleasurable experience. Thank you to the "Awesome Customer Service Team" at the Royal Oak Warehouse store.

We've all experienced dire customer service somewhere along the way, but here, they make sure you know just how much they despise customers. I needed help finding something, so approached a staff member. Started with .. hi, excuse me .. to grab her attention, She looked at me like I was pond scum, turned away and continued folding things. I tried again, this time with a .. hi, how are you .. to grab attention. Again, a death stare, then ignored. Tried again, each time with a smile. The last try I got a "what do you want" - so rude! I left, bought everything we needed at Mitre10. Never going back there again!
I try to shop locally, this shop is not well stocked. Recently I went through a self serve which was dirty and crawling with bugs. I mentioned it and they lightly cleaned it, but I asked for additional cleaning. This is a high risk during an epidemic. Please clean
The worst warehouse in terms of service, does not even deserve a single star to be honest. Was looking for a mirror which was not on the shelf, one of the staff checked stock and said should be in stock and advised to get the floor staff to locate it. Talked to 3 people working the floor tonight 02/10/22 and all of them just kept saying to go someone else with no willingness to help at all. Finally someone did take the details of us and did a very poor job of it as system says 9 on hand yet they couldn’t locate any. Mirror is rather large to lose that many units. Need to look at the staff you hire and the customer service. Absolutely pathetic !
Excellent place to shop your day today household stuff at good price. They have all the products with variety of range in quality and price. The staff is very helpful and kind. Plenty of place for car parks. Open 7 days a week. The entertainment section is good and now they have Warehouse SIM which uses 2 degree network and gives plans much cheaper plans.
left something in the trolley. Tried to call several time but no one answered the phone. Am I able to get my stuff back?
The security woman is awesome help and the staff have great customer service. Good place to shop. As I live locally.
