Salesmen are not polite and humble but rude and do unnecessary discussion to impose restrictions. It's a kind of self-service there.

Fabulous and trendy are only few words to describe the store and clothes here. The parking is tough given Chase is close by. The fabric at the store is awesome and there is a shoe section as well but with limited variety, I personally liked the Peshawari Chappals in the shoes area. The best fabric is of unstitched suits and they are highly recommended but rest assured that the prices are on a higher side. Overall a good experience.

Its really saddening to admit that J. has lost its fragrances unique identity thats been carried from years! Its not being long lasting anymore.. Whereas prices being increased way to high!

Staff are not trained. Experince one of the casheir misbehave to one lady, who brought stuffs for exchanging. Also ordered online, where the experience is very worst. Once u call to their helpline, they dont respond properly, n on WhatsApp they dont even bother to reply.

Assalam o Alikum. I had bad experience when I have visited j.junaidjamshed KDA outlet in Karachi dated 8th March 2022, Tuesday ,Time around after 9:00 pm. Firstly they were busy and not guided well when I was looking and searching around and I find it not very polite but when i checked the bill after payment I find out one the article I picked from the shelf was mentioned 23% off and price was Rs1786 after discount but they charged original price, I request them to give it on sale price but they refused. This is the second time I had bad experience with j.junaidjamshed that they sold defected item without mentioning it therefore in Islam it's unfair to sell something defected without mentioning and one of the other brand Alkaram mentioned when they have any defected piece on sale.Secondly in recent matter I have had good experience with Gulahmed earlier in same situation,they guided me well that their sale will be start by tomorrow but if I will purchase in this last hour we will give you today on tomorrow's price, but in your outlet they don't bother to tell or guide nor give me any ease after purchasing . I am writing here because you people not just ruined the name of late Junaid Jamshed but also worst in morals of Islam. May Allah guide you . Unhappy customer
