Visited Warehouse Petone after going to Kmart and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided personalised attention which was a breath of fresh air. The store was well-organized, clean, and well stocked making it a relaxing and pleasant shopping experience overall. If you appreciate good customer service, I highly recommend going to the Warehouse in Petone.
Big store with a lot off different stock, you can always find a good deal in there. The staff are not super helpful I couldn’t find a lol toy so I went ask one of the staff members for help and the kid that looks like he old enough to be son, just told me they are in the toys area. I said listen I just been looking there for the last ten minutes. He told me go look again. So went back still no luck than I ask another staff member they said sorry we have sold out. Anyways one good thing is you always find a park there. Which is very helpful. So if you could give the young kids working for you some lessons on how to be polite and more helpful.
Came in last night and the staff were following and watching me and my friend making us feel so uncomfortable and they were acting as if we we’re stealing or something 0/10 do not recommend this store such an uncomfortable experience
This used to be a five star store with good range, good prices & great friendly service. Today was the third time I've visited in the last month. All three times the few staff there have been rude, uninterested in their customers. Third time big queues at checkout & self service with lots of staff walking around the store, including past the lines, but none willing to assist. Customer service is clearly no longer a priority for the current staff. Been visiting this store for 20 odd years, will not return.
Very unfriendly manager. The toilet was out of order. She didn’t cared about when I asked were the next closest one is. Seriously told me I should go to toilet at home before I go shopping. Thanks for the great customer service!
Excellent service from Megan at customer service in the store. As I was waiting for my click and collect to be prepared I observed Megan deal with customers for 20 minutes, no matter the issue or the tone frome the customer she was very polite, genuine and helpful.
Rating based entirely on bike parking: This Warehouse has a Locky Dock stand. These are the gold standard in bike parking: secure, free and safe. Locky Docks also have a power point for charging ebikes when needed. The stand is close to the main entrance. Fabulous work!
Neat! Sells a wide array of products at competitive prices. However, I do feel that there's room for improvement in some areas; especially in the electronics and entertainment departments.
My experience with The Warehouse Petone was great. I had issues with getting phone sorted I was really grateful for the help of Brad. Lovely young man made this daunting task quite easy. Great service.
All ways friendly helpful staff. And have never had a problem with my service dog
