Another big outlet of the Warehouse. It has many choices of items for the daily living, stationeries, entertainment, kitchen, toys, clothes, shoes, food and beverages, furnitures, auto accesories and others. I like this one because it’s in the mall and we can go here as well as other stores. The store is easy to navigate with big signs and directories. Staff are also friendly and helpful.
Had everything I needed. Got the last microwave and only 20 seconds later another customer wanted one but there were ni more in stock. You need nore stock on shelves.
Horrible, weird phone experience. Placed a simple click and collect order for some batteries that should be same-day. Called to get an estimated time for pickup and was told to wait for a text, which I said I was happy to do. Half an hour later I got a call out of the blue from the same number, but no one spoke on the other end, just laboured heavy breathing. Called back later to find out why I got the weird call and was rudely told that no one called me, and I need to wait for my order I was waiting patiently, they called me. Horrifically creepy behaviour for a young woman to experience.
They have some good deal’s going on at the moment , only problem there it’s hard to find some staff when you need help.
Vaccination day afternoon at approx 2.05pm. Could not pay and get out of the shop as both lanes were held up with click and collect complications. Could not go through self service as their machines don't have a cash option. Of course I eventually made my payment for my one lonely item, and hoped to hear some comment from the point of sale explaining that things weren't going well and maybe an apology for my long wait. With no such comment forthcoming I wrote this review.
A very great customer service experience! Went in this store for the very first time. CLAIRE was really good with sorting out our washing machine on laybuy this afternoon. I had bulk of questions and information to gather when this team member helped us out even when the store was really busy. She had a charming smile throughout the whole communication and helped us in a very professional manner. Really impressed I would strongly recommend this store
Please restock your shelves Bedding department not one KING SINGLE Duvet cover, sheets etc or anything KS, we decided to check out Petone Warehouse wow what a big turn around so tidy no high barriers, you can see from one end to the other end. Yes they do have KS sheets fitted etc, but no Duvet cover. C'mon LHT W/H you've been renovating for many months... nga mihi
During our visit today, our son fell and cut his head. Staff manager, RA, security were very quick and empathetic to help with first aid. Huge THANK YOU - he's okay
Worst Customer Service. The lady at returns counter had no manners of how to treat people. Me and my husband went to return a heater which wasn't heating up our room properly. She gave us really bad looks and kept doing something without even replying to us or acknowledging. Later she denied to return the heater saying it has a dent on it which wasnt from us. We used the heater for 2 days n packed it. There is no way that we could have done it and she kind of start blaming me that I didn't inform her about the dent saying that I am lying when I already told her that there is no way its could be done by us as we literally used it for 2 days in a very good way. At the end we just took our heater and came back. But that girl really need to be trained on how to talk to customers. I am never going to Warehouse Lower Hutt again after this insulting experience.
I buy lingerie there, good value Some staff are super helpful
