I was overcharged for 3 plants when they were clearly advertised as marked down. When I rang them they told me it was because they have a lot of young staff??? Hey guys um young staff work in businesses everywhere and they have no problems keeping their systems accurate and charge their customers correctly so I am unsure why thats an issue here. happy to take your money but very poor customer service. Now I have to drive an additional 70kms return for the refund *very annoyed*

Bad customer service. Me and my friends were checking out some of the toys to choose as gifts. One of the staff there saw us and reported us to the upper ups and then she came and told us to leave the store. We told them that we were just checking the toys, she told that she will report us for trespassing. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
EDIT: Just had amazing customer service off the young girl working there.nThis has a good selection of product.nThe store is dull and uninviting.nThere can be some pretty long queues to pay at times
