EDIT: Just had amazing customer service off the young girl working there.nThis has a good selection of product.nThe store is dull and uninviting.nThere can be some pretty long queues to pay at times
Bad customer service. Me and my friends were checking out some of the toys to choose as gifts. One of the staff there saw us and reported us to the upper ups and then she came and told us to leave the store. We told them that we were just checking the toys, she told that she will report us for trespassing. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
Usually if you need to get something the Warehouse is the place to go, although I've found that depending who you get on staff they can be super rude and acting like they don't want to talk to you. The checkouts get busy alot and they only ever seem to have 1 person on checkout till people start loudly complaining. I'm not sure if they are downsizing or what but it doesn't feel like there is as much in the stores these days. Plenty of parking though unless it rains and I've seen it get flooded up a bit.
