Left the goods at the self checkout and left. Discounted items did not show at checkout and assistance was needed. After waiting sometime and not getting a resolution, I figured they weren't interested in my custom and I wasn't much interested in their goods.
I love the bargains.nI don't like having to do my own checkout & then get stopped at the door to check my receipt.nBring back checkouts so we don't have to do this.
Appeared to be a well stocked store that could do really well if they had the right customer service representatives on the front door. Today the male security guard Greg or Gary?? lost his cool with two small Asian boys whom had played with a reindeer toy and did not put it back. The guard lunged at the boys grabbing the reindeer they had left in the main aisle and had a verbal go at them ......and the father was present. Shame on you mate, I was so embarrassed for you and KMart, those poor kids were treated so poorly, what a turn off to see such an angry man in a front facing role such as yours. Their parents spend money in KMart and you react like that to normal child behaviour, get a grip. Will definitely let my friends know to keep their children away from you if they do venture in there, personally I won't be. Disgraceful behaviour. Ill be going to Farmers or The Warehouse in the future where customers and their children are treated with respect.
A great place to shop! Good value, lots of choice. Open until midnight
The cleanest, tidiest and easy to get around Kmart around! The shelves are fully stocked and staff seemed happy and helpful.
