A lovely place, with a garden in a nice Victorian Villa. The staff is very relaxed. Our ferry was delayed, but we could still use the facilities and enjoy the garden.
Nice building, convenient location, but not very well looked after.nThe grounds including outdoor seating covered in rotting fruit.nSales points were a spa pool that didn't work, and breakfast that consisted of a loaf of bread and mouldy spreads.
I love The Villa! I'd highly recommend staying here. The staff are lovely, helpful & friendly & the place is really homely & it has a hot tub in the garden!! It's really reasonably priced & you get free breakfast too. The best place I stayed in Picton
The hostel is for sale, so some parts are a bit neglected, but the cleanliness is always impeccable. They clean in the morning and afternoon. There’s always someone at reception who is super friendly. You can wash and dry your clothes at a low cost compared to other laundries. The spa pool is a hit. I would definitely come back to this place again.
The place has its charme, its for sale and you can see that there hasn’t been out much effort in renovation. Also there are no chargers/ lights at the bed. But everything is super clean, the kitchen is well equipped and staff is friendly.
