Went in to the Henderson store today to buy a vape to try and finally kick the ciggies, I haven't vaped in years but the 2 guys in store were awesome at helping choose some great flavours and showed me how the new vapes work l etc. Made it simple and easy to get back in to it. Ill definitely be a loyal customer now. Cheers

Thanks to the vape shed Henderson Im never going back to shosha again. I have finally felt comfortable to quit smoking after 40 years. Phil and tangi have great customer service and have a vast knowledge on vaping. With their help of getting my habit under control I’ll never touch another cigarette again!!

Great customer service here. Phil is good at answering all questions and will point you in the right direction. One of the best stores for that reason.

The 2 workers that were here when I went in to get some bits and pieces were super helpful and even converted me over to a better vape than I was using before. knowledgeable workers in this store. Phil and tangi would highly recommend, best customer service I've had from any retail workers in years. Will definitely be coming back next payday. :D

Fantastic store with a great man running it! He is so friendly and full of beans. Well thats just not enough to be a good atore..sure..The products are well priced and they trust their customers. I bought a caliburn ak2 in Jan and it had circuit problem, I explained the staff and he didn't even ask for recept- he remembered me and within a minute gave me a brand new replacement!!! This is what I call a seamless experience!! Highly recommended

First time shopping here today. Never realized they were here at all. Love the layout and vibe. The staff have so much personality and energy, I was digging that too. Service was f***en brilliant. I've found my new vape store
