Love this theatre. Very modern feel to it, and not too big which gave it that more intimate feel. Ideal location, we spent a lovely few minutes in the park by the Yarra River before the performance.
We were at a performance by Melbourne Theatre Company- Golden Shield which was a wonderful production.
Comfortable and cozy. Not a bad seat in the house. #MTC
MODERN THEATRE THAT HOSTS MANY MTC PLAYS The Sumner is a very comfortable theatre within the arts precinct on Southbank. There are a few theatres in the local area so make sure you are heading off to the right venue :
