Unbelievably GOOD! We have only bought the powders: Goan Caldinho Curry Powder, Goan Fish Curry Powder and Goan Vindalho Curry Powder. They cover the gamut of heat from mild to hot. Everyone just loves meal that we cook with these and the curries apppeal to the Kiwi palate. Jen provides excellent recipes on the back of the packets which we now tweak a little but not too much - it would be a mistake to get too far away from the recipes. Can't recommend these powders highly enough. So easy to use too.
Made the xacuti curry tonight- so delicious!!
Bought the Korma curry mix recently at a market. Absolutely fantastic
