THANK YOU STAY HUB - YOU ARE THE BEST From the moment Rachel answered the telephone I knew that Stay Hub was the company that I wanted to list my apartment with for short term stays. Stay Hub have been amazing so professional and efficient from the first clean and set up to the last. Nothing was ever too much trouble and if there was a problem it was dealt with immediately. If you are looking for a company who cares and takes all your worries away then this is it. Thank you Stay Hub I am more than impressed with you and your guests.

I don't live in Auckland but I couldn't resist buying this sweet little  cottage which I decided would be easy for me to visit my Auckland family, from time to time. So I bought it in early 2020 and it wasn't long before I realized that it would also be a perfect house to do short term lets, due to its convenience to Ponsonby Road and wonderful Auckland location. Owing to my frequent absences from Auckland I decided to look for a property management company that would find suitable guests on my behalf. I was very lucky to find The Stay Hub as the team, especially Jason, agreed with many of my ideas and now goes to a lot of trouble to make it a very cosy and charming place to stay in. When I stay, it is always beautifully clean with gorgeous crispy cotton sheets on the bed and is a very joyful cottage to move into. It is pleasantly warm due to good heatingwood burner, heat pump and gas fire. Given that the cottage is 135 years old and was built as a workers cottage, out of timber with very little insulation, it does get cold in winter, but the heating does the trick efficiently. The sheltered back garden has many citrus trees which guests are welcome to eat and there is seating and a bbq in a sunny courtyard outside the back door. Jason keeps an eye out for anything that may need repairing and is always extremely obliging when it comes to getting help or even doing a small job himself. I am more than delighted and feel very fortunate to have the Stay Hub as my property management company.

Eric and the Stay Hub team do a great job of hosting and managing properties in their portfolio. The apartments are clean and well cared for, ensuring maximum enjoyment for all who stay. Highly recommended!

Eric and his team have delivered a great experience for our guests, managing all aspects of the stay which in turn has lead to very good reviews and a solid occupancy.  This has delivered a great return, and has required very minimal input from us.    This is in stark contrast to the previous AirBNB property management company.   We would highly recommend Stay Hub.
