WHAT ARE WE ABOUT?
Our mission is to help parents help their children sleep. We aim to provide 'The world's best sleep solutions', by providing excellent information on infant sleep, and also the best products on the market to enable parents to confidently help their children get a great night's sleep.

Our website has over 80 articles on all aspects of infant and child sleep. We believe parents should have access to great sleep information free of charge, and be empowered to make the right choices for their family about sleep. Different parenting philosophies mean different things will be right for different families, so our information covers a wide range of techniques.

ABOUT OUR FACEBOOK PAGE:
Our Facebook page is a forum for our customers to ask questions about their children's sleep, provide feedback to us or ask out our product range. We also use our page to let customers know about our specials and new products, as well as links to useful information.

We check our page through the day and try to respond as quickly as possible. However if you have an urgent request or want to change an order, please call us on 09 816-8706 or 1800-630216 from Australia or email us on [email protected].

Quick sleep advice questions are welcome on our Wall, or longer posts are best placed on the Sleep Forum.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE POSTING ON OUR PAGE:
We reserve the right to delete posts from our Page that we believe are misleading to our customers, do not meet safe sleep guidelines, are not factual or that defame either The Sleep Store or an individual .

In particular we will not tolerate posts from people disagreeing with sleep training or criticizing parents who choose to teach their babies to sleep using whatever technique they have decided is right for THEIR family. There is plenty of excellent evidence showing that sleep training is quite safe and results in very positive outcomes for the whole family, and we will not tolerate people criticizing other parents on our page.

POSTING PHOTOS & VIDEOS:
If you are posting photos, please ensure you DO NOT post any photos that show babies or toddlers sleeping in unsafe sleep environments. In particular, we are not able to display any photos with loose bedding around babies faces or over babies, hats on sleeping babies or soft/squishy beds. We are serious about promoting safe sleep and reducing SIDS/SUDI and will remove any photos that send the wrong message in terms of safe sleep environments. We apologise if removing images causes offense, however our responsibility is to ensure all photos on our page are consistent with safe sleep guidelines even when posted by members of the public. Thank you for your cooperation. Please also ensure you only post photos of your own children.


COMPETITIONS & GIVEAWAYS ON OUR FACEBOOK PAGE:
We love to give stuff away for free! There are a number of ways that we do this on our Facebook Page. Please ensure you have read the following information before entering any of our giveaways.

1. Reviewers: We may post looking for reviewers for specific products. This is not a giveway or sweepstake, as we are looking for you to review a product. We may be looking for customers with specific age or gender or experience using certain products. Closing date, eligibility including which countries the giveaway is open to and how you enter will be included in the original giveaway post.
