This is the best anime shop in Auckland. The staff are just so helpful, kind and go the extra mile every single time. Sebastian always phones when orders are ready for pick up under 24 hours in my case!. I really just love shopping here and supporting awesome people who are passionate about creating a positive and inclusive environment for every person who they deal with. The best anime shop out there!

First time here, pretty cool place. Brought a few things that I liked. My mother was more excited then me. She found a few anime characters that she thought she would never see there, that she absolutely fans about and bought them instantly. The service was really cool and friendly. We even won a free prize. Definitely be visiting more often, highly recommend this shop. Thanks guys!

Awesome store! Huge collection of products at reasonable price. I bought many figures, posters, keychains and other merchs from the online store. My orders always nicely packaged and arrived fast. These guys are doing the anime merch game very well, arguably the best in New Zealand especially with figures. I've brought from KissAnime via conventions namely Armageddon, in-store, and online. All have been good experiences thus far. The fellas working there are also really relatable, you can have a chat with them about figures and shows without feeling like a weirdo which I find really cool because you can really geek out as if you're talking to your mates. They have something for everyone from: prize figures which you'd buy as a safe investment because you like a series, scale figures for more dedicated fans who want to build a detailed collection, to ReSin statues/scenes for die-hard fans who dont mind dropping a casual $1,000+. Surprisingly KissAnime are starting to branch out to figures from lesser known series like Arknights and Genshin which is cool since those series have some nice figures. I hope they get more stuff from NieR Automata 2B 1/7 Scale if there's a re-run in the future. Their shipping is REALLY good. It's fast & reliable outside of Auckland and packaged nicely I'm actually really impressed by the packaging. You know you will get online orders for sure and in good condition. It's a shame they don't have a store in Wellington, I really enjoy going in-person to see everything like I did when passing by the New Lynn shop.

I really love this store i have gotten all my q poskets from here, planning on buying more big figures and if it's not in store but on website just show them and they will get it for you. Very friendly staff
