Amazing service! Relaxed atmosphere and a good selection at this bustling beachy café. I really enjoyed my food - but others experienced garlic that was way too strong and clung to the palate for hours. I did feel everything was over embellished - I quite like a simple avo toast for a decent price as opposed to $24 of capers, pickles, whipped ricotta etc, etc… but this spot had flawless service and some really beautiful produce.
Great, simple, delicious food! This was the first stop in NZ after the long day of travel and it was exactly what we all needed. The chili egg scramble was so yum and the golden tumeric latte is the best I’ve had.
The service was extremely polite, warm and fast!nThe coffee was of great quality, and the food was clearly made of high quality produce - truly filling and wonderfully tasty.nThe atmosphere was lively as the place seems very popular, so the volume was a bit louder, but it did not cause troubles in having a conversation in any way!nnDefinitely a great spot for breakfast, brunch or a smaller lunch.
What a lovely place to stay! Have a coffee or tea, like I did, enjoy a nice lunch — I loved the avocado toast — and don’t skip the fig loaf; I ordered it twice because it was so delicious. The people were incredibly kind and helpful. I even met a few lovely people here and had some great conversations. The whole place has such good energy — I could have easily spent many more days here. Thank you!
Food was amazing here- I had the eggs n’ holly with a cocoa smoothie which was delicious and my boyfriend had the eggs fried rice and mocha which he said was the best he’s ever had High praise. The service was also great, we had a young man who had a very bubbly aura about him and was very chatty and polite.
